T-Fit Class Breakdown

Time: 1 hr

WARMUP (5 minutes)​

Light movement, dynamic stretching, and body isolations​

TECHNIQUE BLOCK (30 minutes)

Specific techniques relative to the style of dance in the choreo block are introduced, along with a vocal focus to be applied during the next block.​

CHOREO BLOCK (20 minutes*)

About 8-12 counts of 8 of choreography are taught progressively. Each move is broken apart into repetitive segments and layered together piece by piece without stopping! We eliminate wasted time, and promote leaning in kinesthetically, mentally, and physically. It is suggested to stick with a specific choreo block for 2-3 classes to allow participants the satisfaction of grasping the choeo and layering in vocals under fatigue.

CORE (5 minutes)

5 minutes of Pilates work intermingled with vocal breath technique designed to improve breath support, diaphragmatic, and postural muscles.​

COOLDOWN (5 minutes)

Slower movement with a full body stretch.​
